Russell Goldston IV, known as Russ, is a visionary entrepreneur, international business development expert, and Transformational Wellness Systems Engineer. Born in Jefferson City, Missouri, Russ earned a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, specializing in Organizational Management, Strategic Planning, and Entrepreneurship. Under the mentorship of Dr. Kenneth Blanchard, author of The One Minute Manager, Russ mastered Situational Leadership II, which he has applied to build robust organizational systems and inspire high-performing teams.

As Director of Business Development for Alluca Project Management and Alluca Gold, Russ oversees commodities wholesale and trading operations in Kenya and Dubai while expanding the Alluca brand across diverse sectors. His expertise in organizational management, contract negotiation, and strategic planning drives operational excellence and growth in the global commodities market.

Russ’s early career was shaped at The Gourmet Companies, a pioneering foodservice enterprise founded by his father, Nathaniel R. Goldston III. Over his tenure, he held progressively senior roles, including Director of Business Development, Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President of Operations, President, CEO, and Chairman. Managing operations across 17 states, a workforce of 2,500, and annual revenues exceeding $170 million, Russ spearheaded contract negotiations and developed innovative business concepts across multiple sectors.

Deeply influenced by former UN Ambassador and Civil Rights Leader Andrew Young, a close family friend, Russ developed a human-centered approach to business, particularly in Africa. His years in Uganda, where he contributed to establishing the country’s first Pan-African radio station, and his work across Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, and South Africa, enriched his understanding of community-driven enterprises. Trained in precious metals commodities during his time in Africa, Russ gained critical insights into regional business practices, enabling him to expand Alluca’s global footprint with cultural fluency and strategic precision.
