Nathaniel Russell Goldston IV, known as Russ, known for his entrepreneurial prowess, as a Transformational Wellness Systems Engineer, and business development expert with a distinguished career spanning hospitality, foodservice management, small business development and holistic wellness.

Born in Jefferson City, Missouri, Russ holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, focusing on Organizational Management, Strategic Planning, and Entrepreneurship.

Russ spent two years in Uganda, where he contributed to establishing the country’s first Pan-African radio station and conducted business across multiple African nations, including Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, and South Africa. These experiences deepened his understanding of community-driven enterprises and sustainable systems.

Currently, Russ serves Alluca Gold and Alluca Project Management as Director of Business Development, overseeing client/investor relations for in the USA market, for our existing operations in Kenya.

In this role, he leverages his extensive experience in organizational management, contract negotiation, and strategic planning to drive growth and operational excellence in the commodities sector.
